Holmbergs Safety Systems is a Swedish company that develops seatbelt solutions for occupant and child safety.
This project involved demonstrating the Tightening Support function in their eBuckle product for child car seats. Tightening Support makes sure the seat belt is thoroughly tightened using sound and an indication lamp.
I created a webversion with product visualisation at the end and a social media version.
Process
Whenever I work with new clients, I ask them to complete a creative brief so I can fully understand their vision and deliver accordingly. After that, I send out a projectproposal including challenges and opportunities, a summarized idea, moodboards, a storyboard, my workflow and timeplan, what service packages I can offer and , if applicable, reference projects. If the client is satisfied with the proposal, we kick-off the project.
To capture Holmbergs essence, colors and message, I created a storyboard and a brief for the animation. This was followed by gathering or creating and preparing the assets, as well as scene set-up with lights and animated camera movements.
Holmbergs stands for high-end, tech and innovation. Therefore, a minimalistic, black scene using Scandinavian car seat design was required.
The child dummy was created by me. The eBuckled and Isofix were created by Holmberg’s design team. The car seat was created by 3Dmodelblend and child car seat by 3D Paper on cgtrader.
