An exterior architectural visualisation from a DXF file. The building is located in rainy northern Europe.

Process
I wanted to try my hand at creating architecture from a blueprint. I found an interesting blueprint online and started modelling in Blender. After a while, I realised the blueprint actually did not contain all the necessary information, and so some improvisation was made. I modelled the interior as well, but decided to only visualise the exterior for now. Before full rendering, I did some simple previews with different angles.
For implementing windows and scattering plants, I used the add-ons archi-pack and biome-reader. To optimise rendering time, I made different weight paint maps of the plants depending on the camera angle. I also tested to implement humans using AI, but ended up using low-poly models instead.
The lampposts, road, trees, bicycle and low-poly humans are from Blenderkit.
